Abstract:
This fuse element 10 has a low-melting-point metal layer 11, a high-melting-point metal layer 12 laminated on at least one surface of the low-melting-point metal layer 11, and an intermediate layer 13 interposed between the low-melting-point metal layer 11 and the high-melting-point metal layer 12, the high-melting-point metal layer 12 and the intermediate layer 13 being layers made of a metal that dissolves in a molten material of the low-melting-point metal layer 11, and the melting point of the material constituting the intermediate layer 13 being higher than the melting point of the material constituting the low-melting-point metal layer 11 and lower than the melting point of the material constituting the high-melting-point metal layer 12.
