Abstract:
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a fuse circuit, comprising: a fuse unit array, the fuse unit array being operated according to a received first enable signal; and an address signal generation module coupled to the fuse unit array, N preset signals being inputted into the address signal generation module in a serial mode, a target signal being outputted in a parallel mode, and the preset signals at least comprising a fuse row address signal and a fuse column address signal, so as to perform addressing on a preset fuse unit in the fuse unit array. According to the fuse circuit and fuse array signal transmission method provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure, the preset signals are inputted in a serial mode, the target signal is outputted in a parallel mode, and the input can be achieved only by means of one chip pin, thereby greatly reducing the number of chip pins, and satisfying the requirement of chip miniaturization.
