Disclosed are a fully-hydraulic automatic control system for use in a rope sawing machine and a pressure setting method therefor, and a rope sawing machine. The fully-hydraulic automatic control system comprises a feeding control portion (FS); the feeding control portion comprises a hydraulic oil inlet (A), a hydraulic oil outlet (B), a normally-open type sequence valve (6), a normally-closed type sequence valve (11), a first reversing valve (9), and a first hydraulic motor (10); the first reversing valve (9) comprises a first passage and a second passage; the normally-open type sequence valve (6) controls the opening or closing of the first passage; the normally-closed type sequence valve controls the opening or closing of the second passage; and the flow direction of a hydraulic oil in the first passage is opposite to the flow direction of the hydraulic oil in the second passage. The fully-hydraulic automatic control system can be applied to a cutting operation in an ocean environment, and can realize automatic feeding, thereby improving the cutting efficiency, reducing the operation complexity of a device, and improving the safety.
