Abstract:
Disclosed is a fully-automatic processing continuous knitting technique for flat-knitting knots. The technique comprises the following steps of: a knot alarm giving an alarm after detecting a knot; a machine automatically calling in and running a preset knot processing program; the machine pulling a yarn section containing the knot out of a knitting area and fixing the knot; the machine re-knitting the subsequent yarn into the knitting area and returning to a knitting location before the alarm; and the machine cutting off a redundant yarn section containing the knot, and then continuing knitting. According to the technique, the knot alarm is provided on a flat knitting machine to automatically detect the yarn, so that the knot on the yarn can be found in advance; the yarn section containing the knot is pulled out and cut off after the knot is found, so that a broken yarn can be hidden and a yarn end can be prevented from being raveled while the knot is removed; and according to the process method, knots randomly generated by yarns of various specifications can be effectively removed, and the esthetics of textiles are guaranteed on the basis of removing the knots, so that the method is suitable for wide popularization in flat knitting manufacturing.
