Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a full-automatic PIN dismounting method and an apparatus thereof, comprising a feeding component, a plate measuring component, a flipping component, a rubber tapping component, an aluminum sheet discharging component, a wood base plate discharging component, a PIN discharging component, and a copper block discharging component that are sequentially arranged, wherein the wood base plate discharging component is provided at the side of the aluminum sheet discharging component distant from the rubber tapping component; the wood base plate discharging component comprises a first conveying line and a second conveying line that is connected to one side of the first conveying line and inclines downwards; and the PIN discharging component is provided at the side of the first conveying line distant from the aluminum sheet discharging component, and is provided above the second conveying line. By configuring a PIN dismounting machine, the present invention solves the problems that operation is complex and the efficiency is low due to scattered arrangement of the dismounting devices of the PIN dismounting machine, all the functional devices for dismounting a PIN in the whole process are compact in placement, the structural distribution is reasonable, manual transfer is reduced, the continuity of a dismounting operation is improved, the operation is simple and rapid, the operation efficiency is effectively improved, and the degree of automation is improved.
