Abstract:
Provided are a fuel cell condition determination device and a fuel cell vehicle, wherein a computation load is minimized and an internal condition of a fuel cell can be accurately measured in a short time. This fuel cell condition determination device uses membrane resistance, charge transfer resistance, and diffusion resistance in a relationship between measurement frequency and impedance as reference values to generate a load waveform for measurement that will be used the current time, said relationship having been generated on the basis of an existing measurement load waveform that was used the previous time or a waveform for training, applies, to a cell, a waveform having an amplitude and a frequency that were calculated on the basis of the load waveform for measurement, and causes a current or a voltage corresponding to the frequency of this load waveform for measurement to be discharged from the cell, to measure the AC impedance and perform a condition determination including a deterioration diagnosis.
