Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of flat knitting machine manufacturing, and discloses a front protective plate convenient to disassemble for a flat knitting machine. The front protective plate convenient to disassemble comprises a front protective plate, a flat knitting machine body and a T-shaped engagement plate, wherein an assembling and disassembling mechanism is provided on a cross section of the front protective plate, and the T-shaped engagement plate is provided with a sealing mechanism; the assembling and disassembling mechanism comprises a pushing plate, a pushing rod, a rod groove, an insertion plate, a limiting slide plate, a first spring, a movable groove, a limiting slide groove, an ejection plate, a T-shaped engagement groove, and a slot; and the sealing mechanism comprises a piston plate, a second spring, a piston cavity, a first guide pipe, a second guide pipe, and a sealing airbag. By means of the combined action of all the mechanisms, the T-shaped engagement plate can be fixed, preventing the T-shaped engagement plate from sliding in the T-shaped engagement groove. The mechanism is convenient for personnel to assemble and disassemble the front protective plate, reducing the time spent by maintenance personnel on disassembly and assembly of the front protective plate, and improving the operation efficiency of the maintenance personnel. In addition, the mechanism has a simple structure, is convenient for personnel to operate, and has high practicality.
