Abstract:
A front light source (10) and a display device. The front light source (10) comprises: a base substrate (11) and a plurality of light-emitting members (12) provided on the base substrate (11). Each light-emitting member (12) comprises a light-emitting layer (12a) and a reflective layer (124). The reflective layer (124) is located between the light-emitting layer (12a) and the base substrate (11). The side of the at least one light-emitting member (12) away from the base substrate (11) is provided with a first quarter-wave plate (13) and a polarizer layer (14). The polarizer layer (14) is located on the side of the first quarter-wave plate (13) away from the light-emitting member (12) and is used for transmitting polarized light in a first polarization direction and reflecting the polarized light in a second polarization direction. The first polarization direction intersects with the second polarization direction.
