Abstract:
A friction plate (10) for fastening is interposed between the fastening surfaces of two fastening components mutually fastened and fixed, in order to increase the fastening force between these fastening components. The friction plate (10) for fastening has: a friction plate main body (21) having a constant plate thickness; and substantially circular truncated cone-shaped protrusions (26, 27) for engagement, formed at a constant pitch on the surfaces on both sides of the friction plate main body (21). The friction plate main body (21) and the protrusions (26, 27) for engagement are integrally formed as a result of photo-etching of both surfaces of a steel sheet raw material having a constant thickness. The friction plate (10) for fastening has a raw material hardness of at least the raw material hardness of the fastening surfaces of the fastening components.
