Abstract:
A friction material production process for a rice and wheat straw brake pad grinding ash brake pad in the present invention comprises steps: incinerating rice and wheat straw brake pad grinding ash for 2 hours at 350-400°C; cooling, and mixing and sealing in a ratio of 7 parts of grinding ash: 2 parts of molybdenum disulfide: 1 part of aqua regia according to parts by weight for 15 hours for later use; adding 10 kg of natural graphite and 5 kg of barite in each 100 kg of smashed rice and wheat straw, uniformly stirring, placing into a high temperature tank for soaking, controlling the temperature at about 90-100°C, taking out after about 3 hours, and drying for later use; mixing the spare grinding ash and the spare rice and wheat straw according to a mass fraction of 1:1 for 15 minutes, and then performing carbonization, neutralizing treatment, activation, and enhanced treatment. The present invention has the advantage of reasonable utilization of wastes.
