Abstract:
This framed anisotropic conductive sheet comprises: an insulating layer including a plurality of through-holes penetrating in the thickness direction; an anisotropic conductive sheet including a plurality of conductive portions disposed on the inner wall surface of each of the plurality of through-holes; and a frame supporting the anisotropic conductive sheet. The anisotropic conductive sheet protrudes from a first surface of the frame. The framed anisotropic conductive sheet includes a sealing member that seals the area between the first surface of the frame and the anisotropic conductive sheet protruding from the first surface.
