Abstract:
The forward end section 11 is configured to have one flexible substrate 50 on which are formed: a light receiving unit mounting portion 50a for mounting a light receiving unit 30 on a first surface, a first extension portion 50b extending from the light receiving unit mounting portion 50a, a light emitting unit mounting portion 50c, which is connected to the first extension portion 50b, for mounting a light emitting unit 35 on a first surface, and a second extension portion 50d extending from the light emitting unit mounting portion 50c; a pedestal 46 having a first seating surface 46a which abuts a second surface of the light receiving unit mounting portion 50a; a convex portion protruding from the pedestal 46 adjacent to the first seating surface 46a in which a second surface of the first extension portion 50b abuts an inner wall surface, a second surface of the light emitting unit mounting portion 50c abuts a protruding end surface, and a second surface of the second extension portion 50d abuts an outer wall surface; and a front end cover 41, having a window portion 15 arranged to face the light receiving unit 30 and the light emitting unit 35, that covers the pedestal 46 and the convex portion 47 while sandwiching the second extension portion 50d with the convex portion 47.
