Abstract:
[Problem] There are a 45 mm-long nail (N45) and a 65 mm-long nail (N65) which are mainly used for formwork in the construction business; however, when heading is performed with a conventional smooth nail during form buildup in consideration of form demolition after concrete placement, a process for making close contact between plywood and crosspieces and between crosspieces is required. In addition, it is difficult to extract the nails during form demolition. [Solution] Due to a slight step and a tapered structure which are formed on the neck section of this form-dedicated nail, the nail can be simply driven, and a process accompanying the heading of the nail is not required. In addition, when a form is worked with this form-dedicated nail, it is possible to remarkably shorten the time for nail extraction during form demolition. Furthermore, it is most preferable to combine form-dedicated nails of a derivative form and a nail driver during formwork.
