Abstract:
A forklift tilt cylinder motion buffer control system and method based on angle compensation. The control system comprises a tilt cylinder (1) for controlling a forklift mast (2) to tilt forwards and backwards and a lift cylinder for controlling a fork (3) to lift, and further comprises a controller; a first angle sensor for measuring a tilting angle of the mast (2) with respect to a vertical plane, a second angle sensor for measuring a tilting angle of a vehicle body (4) with respect to a horizontal ground, and a pressure sensor are connected to a signal input end of the controller; a display, a forward tilt proportional valve for controlling forward tilt oil of the tilt cylinder (1), a backward tilt proportional valve for controlling backward tilt oil of the tilt cylinder (1), and a lift electromagnetic valve for controlling lift oil of the lift cylinder are connected to a signal output end of the controller. According to the present invention, the defect that the mast (2) cannot tilt to a designed maximum angle size or move to a maximum position but is not buffered in time due to deformation of the mast (2) caused by uneven ground and heavy load can be effectively overcome, the applicability is high, and the requirements of different working conditions and operation sites can be satisfied.
