Abstract:
Disclosed are a fork leveling system and method, and a telescopic boom forklift, which relate to the technical field of hydraulic adjustment. The fork leveling system comprises a driving leveling oil cylinder (2), a driven leveling oil cylinder (4) and an electric control oil supplementing valve (11), wherein a rodless cavity of the driving leveling oil cylinder (2) is in communication with a rodless cavity of the driven leveling oil cylinder (4), and a rod cavity of the driving leveling oil cylinder (2) is in communication with a rod cavity of the driven leveling oil cylinder (4); and an oil inlet of the electric control oil supplementing valve (11) is in communication with an oil pump (9), and an oil outlet of the electric control oil supplementing valve (11) is in communication with the rodless cavity of the driving leveling oil cylinder (2) and the rod cavity of the driving leveling oil cylinder (2). The telescopic boom forklift comprises the fork leveling system, and the automatic fork leveling method is suitable for the fork leveling system. According to the fork leveling system and method, and the telescopic boom forklift, the technical problem in the prior art of oil supplementing in an automatic leveling state being difficult can be solved to a certain degree.
