Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of forging machine dust collection, and discloses a forging machine dust collection apparatus. The forging machine dust collection apparatus comprises a forging machine dust collection cover (1), a purification tank (2) and a purification box (3); a mounting frame (4) is fixedly mounted on the outer surface of the bottom of the forging machine dust collection cover (1); mounting holes (5) are formed on the outer surface of the mounting frame (4); two ends of the purification tank (2) are respectively communicated with a first pipe (6) and a second pipe (7); assembly blocks (8) are mounted on both the outer surface of the first pipe (6) and the outer surface of the forging machine dust collection cover (1); a sealing ring (9) is fitted over the assembly blocks (8); connecting holes (10) are formed on the outer surface of the assembly block (8) and the outer surface of the sealing ring (9); a mounting recess (11) is formed in the purification tank (2); a hole plate (12) is fixedly mounted in the purification box (3); a connecting ring (13) is fixedly mounted on the outer surface of the second pipe (7). According to the present application, the arrangement of the forging machine dust collection cover (1), the purification tank (2), the purification box (3), the mounting frame (4), the mounting holes (5), the first pipe (6), the second pipe (7), the assembly blocks (8), the sealing ring (9), the connecting holes (10), the mounting recess (11), the hole plate (12) and the connecting ring (13) not only can enable quick dust collection from a forging machine, but also can avoid hot raised dust from burning through a cloth bag.
