Abstract:
The present invention includes an ironing mechanism and a phase adjusting mechanism. The ironing mechanism includes a cylinder section in which a pre-processing material constituting an outer joint member has a groove formed in the inner circumferential surface thereof. The ironing mechanism includes a punch set that is inserted into the cylinder section and that can expand and contract; and a die having a hole into which the cylinder section is press fit. Before the pre-processing material is inserted into the punch set, the phase adjusting mechanism adjusts the phase of the inner-circumferential groove of the pre-processing material and the phase of a groove-section molding surface of the punch set.
