Abstract:
The present invention relates to a food waste disposal apparatus comprising an impeller and blade pair. Particularly, the food waste disposal apparatus comprises: a motor for generating rotation; a first stirring body and second stirring body rotating by means of the motor; and a weight detection sensor for measuring the weight of the food waste. The first stirring body and second stirring body each comprises: a stirring shaft rotating in the forward or reverse direction in accordance with the rotation of the motor; an impeller attached to the stirring shaft, extending in the direction perpendicular to the stirring shaft, and having a curved blade shape; and a blade attached to the end of the extended impeller.
