Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a food processor which is not prone to safety accidents. The technical solution used by the present invention is: a food processor, comprising: a bowl used for containing food, a cutter assembly capable of extending into the bowl, and a main machine, wherein the bowl is provided with a cavity and a bowl opening, and the cutter assembly comprises a connecting shaft suitable for being connected to the main machine, and a cutter set; and further comprising an upper cover capable of covering the bowl opening. A detection switch and a motor which is used for driving the connecting shaft to rotate are provided on the main machine; a stepped hole and a trigger structure are provided on the upper cover; a large hole of the stepped hole can at least accommodate a part of the main machine; the trigger structure is an elastic abutting member; and one part of the trigger structure protrudes out of the outer wall of the upper cover. When the main machine is connected to the large hole, in the process that the upper cover covers the bowl opening, the trigger structure enables the other part of the trigger structure to move into the large hole under the abutting interference of the bowl opening so as to trigger the detection switch.
