Abstract:
The invention relates to a food preparation device for a food preparation appliance, the device comprising: - an inner rotating shaft (10); - a work tool (20) mounted on the inner rotating shaft (10) via a helical connection, characterised in that: - the food preparation device comprises a drive device (30) with a first rotating hub (31) and a second rotating hub (32); - the inner rotating shaft (10) is capable of being coupled to the first rotating hub (31); - the food preparation device comprises a hollow rotating shaft (40): • mounted on the inner rotating shaft (10) via a pivot or a sliding pivot connection; • comprising a bevelled contact surface (41); and • comprising the second rotating hub (32), wherein the work tool (20) comprises a mating surface (25) arranged so as to come into contact with the bevelled contact surface (41).
