Abstract:
Disclosed is a follow-up hot-pressing mechanism for a bag-forming machine. The follow-up hot-pressing mechanism comprises at least: a pulling device for continuously pulling a packing bag film material and conveying the same to a hot-pressing device; the hot-pressing device for hot-pressing the packing bag film material conveyed thereto; a drive mechanism for driving the pulling device and the hot-pressing device; a monitoring system for monitoring a hot-pressing position; and a control system. The invention has the following beneficial effects: a packing bag film material is hot-pressed by means of follow-up hot-pressing; the hot-pressing mechanism moves along with the packing bag film material, and performs hot-pressing simultaneously; the packing bag film material is only subjected to a pulling force from a pulling mechanism horizontally, thereby preventing tensile deformation; the control system and a servo motor control the hot-pressing device and the pulling device, thereby causing traveling speed of the hot-pressing device to correspond to that of the packing bag film material, and resulting in stable control actions, high control precision, and high stability and reliability. The invention is highly automated, and improves hot-pressing efficiency and quality of packing bags. The device is applicable to film materials having low tensile strength as well as other materials, and therefore has a wide range of applications.
