Abstract:
A folding linear module, comprising: flat plates, comprising an upper flat plate (1), a middle flat plate (2), and a lower flat plate (7) arranged in parallel from top to bottom; sliding rails, comprising an upper sliding rail (3) arranged between the upper flat plate (1) and the middle flat plate (2) and also comprising a lower sliding rail (12) arranged between the middle flat plate (2) and the lower flat plate (7); a power mechanism, comprising a rotating power member arranged at one end of the middle flat plate (2), a driven wheel (10) being arranged at the other end of the middle flat plate (2), and a transmission belt (6) connecting the rotating power member and the driven wheel (10) being arranged on one side of the middle flat plate (2), the transmission belt (6) having an upper operating section and a lower operating section arranged in parallel, the direction of length of the upper operating section and the lower operating section being parallel to the direction of length of the sliding rails, and the plane of rotation of the rotating power member being parallel to the direction of length of the sliding rails and perpendicular to the flat plates; and the upper flat plate (1) has an upper fixed block (4) fixed to the upper operating section and the lower flat plate (7) has a lower fixed block (8) fixed to the lower operating section. The three-section structure of the present folding linear module has a long telescopic stroke and a small minimum size, and the equipment costs are low and the motion synchronisation is reliable.
