Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a folding apparatus and an electronic device. The folding apparatus comprises: a shaft part, which comprises at least two rotating shafts; first swing arms and second swing arms, each first swing arm comprising a first connecting part, each second swing arm comprising a second connecting part, and an end part of the first connecting part and an end part of the second connecting part both being provided with limiting protrusions; damping mechanisms, which each comprise a first damping member, the first damping members being arranged on the rotating shafts in a sleeved manner, the other ends of the first damping members being provided with limiting recesses, and the limiting recesses matching the limiting protrusions for movement, wherein when the first swing arms and the second swing arms rotate, the limiting protrusions and the limiting recesses exit a limited matching state, so that at least part of the first damping members deforms; and synchronizing mechanisms, at least part of the synchronizing mechanisms being arranged on the first connecting part and the second connecting part, the part of the synchronizing mechanisms on the first connecting part and the part of the synchronizing mechanisms on the second connecting part being arranged opposite each other and being connected, and the first swing arms and the second swing arms synchronously rotating by means of the synchronizing mechanisms.
