Abstract:
Disclosed are a foldable support structural member and a display apparatus. The foldable support structural member is used for bearing a flexible display panel (4), the foldable support structural member having an unfolded state and a folded state. The foldable support structural member comprises: at least two platform bearing members (1), a support member (2) and connection members (3), the two adjacent platform bearing members (1) being movably connected by means of the support member (2) and the connection members (3). Each connection member (3) is separately connected to the support member (2) and one platform bearing member (1), and the connection member (3) is movably connected to at least one of the platform bearing member (1) and the support member (2). During a process from the unfolded state to the folded state, the two adjacent platform bearing members (1) move relative to each other, and the connection members (3) move together with the platform bearing members (1) and drive the support member (2) to be pressed onto a bending portion (W) of the flexible display panel (4). By means of pressing the support member (2) onto the bending portion (W) of the flexible display panel (4), the bending radius of the bending portion (W) of the flexible display panel (4) is increased, so as to reduce creases caused by bending of the flexible display panel (4), thus improving the display effect of the flexible display panel (4) and the visual experience of users.
