Abstract:
A foldable electronic device (100) having a flexible screen (30). The foldable electronic device comprises a folding apparatus (20) and two housings (11, 12) located on two sides of the folding device (20), wherein the flexible screen (30) is laid on one side of the two housings (11, 12) and the folding apparatus (20). The foldable electronic device further comprises a projection apparatus (40), wherein the projection apparatus (40) can form a display image; and when the electronic device (100) is in an unfolded state, the projection apparatus (40) projects the display image onto the laid flexible screen (30), so as to achieve large-screen display and ensure a display function of the electronic device (100). The flexible screen (30) is an imaging medium (90), does not emit light itself, does not require a display function, a touch-control function, etc., has a simple stacked structure and relatively high reliability, is not easily damaged during the folding and unfolding processes of the electronic device (100), and significantly improves the reliability of the electronic device (100). In addition, the flexible screen (30) can be bent at a smaller angle, thereby facilitating the thinning of the electronic device (100), and achieving relatively low manufacturing and replacement and maintenance costs.
