Abstract:
A foldable display device (10), comprising a body (15), a main display screen (20) and an auxiliary display screen (30). The main display screen (20) and the auxiliary display screen (30) are connected by means of a foldable mechanism (40), thus achieving folding and unfolding between the main display screen (20) and the auxiliary display screen (30); after unfolding, the main display screen (20) and the auxiliary display screen (30) are combined into one large screen (50). The foldable mechanism (40) comprises two sets of synchronous gear set hinges (6, 8), which are used to transmit power of the gear set hinges; a middle folding joint (4), which connects the two sets of synchronous gear set hinges (6, 8) and which is symmetrically arranged by using the middle folding joint (4) as the central component, wherein two sides are connected to two secondary folding joints (3, 5), a folding joint head (7) and a folding joint tail (1) respectively by using screws, while the other end of the folding joint head (7) is connected to a housing of the main display screen (20), and the other end of the folding joint tail (1) is connected to a housing of the auxiliary display screen (30); and a central folding joint cover plate (2) covers the gear set hinges (6, 8) by means of screw connection, which may support the display screens, while also preventing direct contact between the display screens and the gears.
