A flush-type pump-anterior soft filter apparatus, comprising: a settling component, a connecting channel (12) having one end connected to a canal (9) and the other end connected to a settling tank (11); a filtering component, a first partition wall (22) being provided between a filtering tank (21) and the settling tank (11), a water inlet pipe (23) being provided in the first partition wall (22), two ends of the water inlet pipe (23) being respectively connected to the settling tank (11) and the filtering tank (21), a first filtering net (241) being connected to the end of the water inlet pipe (23) close to the settling tank (11), and a second filtering net (242) being connected to the end of the water inlet pipe (23) close to the filtering tank (21); a water discharge component, a water storage tank (31) being communicated with the filtering tank (21), and a water pumping pipe (32) having one end extending into the water storage tank (31) and the other end connected to a water pump; and a sludge discharge component, a sludge discharge pipe (42) having one end connected to the second filtering net (242) and the other end passing through the water storage tank (31) and extending into a sludge discharge tank (41).
