Abstract:
A fluid-sealed vibration damping device having a novel configuration is adapted to exhibit an effective vibration damping effect when vibration having a frequency which is higher than a tuning frequency for a low frequency orifice path is inputted and also to prevent noise caused by operation of a high frequency device from being generated. A low frequency orifice path (100) and a high frequency orifice path (126) are formed in a partition member (48) supported by a second mounting member (14).  Valve bodies (112, 116) are provided to at least one of openings of the high frequency orifice path (126), and spring means (112, 116) are provided to the valve bodies.  The spring means (112, 116) separate, in an initial shape thereof, the valve bodies (112, 116) from said opening of the high frequency orifice path (126) to hold the high frequency orifice path (126) at a communicating state.  When vibration is inputted, the valve bodies (112, 116) close the high frequency orifice path (126) against holding force of the spring means (112, 116).
