Abstract:
This fluid leak detection system (100) is provided with a detection space (20) into which is guided hydraulic oil leaked from a rod seal (11) sealing an annular gap (8) between a piston rod (3) and a cylinder head (5), a sensor unit (30) which detects the pressure in the detection space (20), and a controller (60) which acquires the detection result of the sensor unit (30). The controller (60) has a calculation unit (62) which calculates pressure parameters that represent pressure fluctuation in the detection space (20), and a determination unit (63) which determines leakage of the work fluid on the basis of the pressure parameter, wherein the pressure parameters include an upper limit value (Pmax) and a lower limit value (Pmin) of the pressure fluctuation obtained from the detection result of the sensor unit (30) during a prescribed detection period.
