Title:
FLUID-FILLED VIBRATION-CONTROL DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/160805
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a fluid-filled vibration-control device having a novel structure wherein a second orifice channel is opened and closed to improve vibration-control performance and a percussive noise that occurs when switching between open and closed is reduced. An elastic movable body (86) is provided with the following: a clamped part (88) clamped by a partitioning member (38); and a switching part (92) located in the abovementioned second orifice channel (82), outwards of the clamped part (88). Said switching part (92) is provided with contact parts (106) that protrude on both sides in the long direction of the second orifice channel (82). A switching means is thus provided whereby: elastic deformation of a narrow section (108) provided between the clamped part (88) and the switching part (92) allows the switching part (92) to tilt with respect to the clamped part (88); when the switching part (92) is in a more-or-less non-tilted state, a space is formed between the switching part (92) and the inside wall of the second orifice channel (82), thereby opening the second orifice channel (82); and when the switching part (92) is tilted, the outer surface of a contact part (106) contacts the inside wall of the second orifice channel (82), thereby closing the second orifice channel (82).
