Abstract:
Provided is a fluid dynamic pressure bearing with which it is possible to keep a gap between a shaft and a sleeve constant with respect to temperature. In the present invention, a cylindrical first sleeve 14 is formed from a first metal material. A cylindrical second sleeve 15 is formed from a resin material press-fitted inside the first sleeve. A shaft 16 is inserted into the second sleeve and is formed from a second metal material. The linear expansion coefficient of the first metal material is greater than the linear expansion coefficient of the second metal material.
