Abstract:
A fluid control assembly and a manufacturing method therefor, and a valve assembly. The fluid control assembly (1) comprises a valve assembly (100) and a flow channel plate assembly (200). The valve assembly (100) comprises a valve body assembly (10) and a valve core (20), wherein the valve body assembly (10) is provided with a valve cavity (101), at least part of the valve core (20) being located in the valve cavity (101); and the valve body assembly (10) comprises a side wall portion (11) and a connection pipe (12), the connection pipe (12) being located on the periphery of the side wall portion (11). The flow channel plate assembly (200) comprises a first flow channel plate (30) and a second flow channel plate (40), wherein the first flow channel plate (30) is in sealed connection with the second flow channel plate (40); and at least part of the valve core (20) and the side wall portion (11) are both sealed between the first flow channel plate (30) and the second flow channel plate (40). The flow channel plate assembly (200) is provided with an accommodation cavity (202) and a first passage (201), wherein the first flow channel plate (30) and the second flow channel plate (40) both form at least part of a wall portion of the accommodation cavity (202) and at least part of a wall portion of the first passage (201); at least part of the connection pipe (12) is located in the accommodation cavity (202), and the connection pipe (12) is sealed in an accommodation portion (203) where the accommodation cavity (202) is located; and the first passage (201) is in communication with a pipeline in the connection pipe (12). In this way, the fluid control assembly has a simple structure.
