Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of waste heat utilization of heat recovery coke ovens in coking production, and in particular, to a flue gas process based on a heat recovery coke oven. High-temperature flue gas generated by a heat recovery coke oven first enters a furnace top gas collecting pipe at a furnace top, and then enters a coke oven waste heat boiler for heat exchange; low-temperature flue gas after heat exchange enters a chimney so as to be diffused; and when any coke oven waste heat boiler has had an accident or is under maintenance, a corresponding boiler flue gas inlet electric cut-off valve and boiler flue gas outlet electric cut-off valve are turned off, and a high-temperature flue gas bypass electric cut-off valve and a chimney flue gas inlet electric cut-off valve on a high-temperature flue gas bypass are turned on, such that high-temperature flue gas generated by a heat recovery coke oven of the corresponding coke oven waste heat boiler is diffused by means of an accident diffusion chimney. A coke oven waste heat boiler having had an accident can be cut off, and the remaining coke oven waste heat boilers are used to recover high-temperature flue gas waste heat, such that the accident is localized, the overall operation of a system is not affected, and the high-temperature flue gas waste heat is effectively recovered; and the investment and the occupation of land are reduced, an arrangement scheme is flexible, and the maintenance is convenient.
