Abstract:
A flow self-regulating ore diameter classification device applied to tailings recovery, comprising a driving device, a tailings conveying device, a flow regulating device and an ore diameter classification device arranged in sequence according to a work flow. The driving device is provided with an electric motor, and the electric motor drives an axial-flow impeller and a rotary ore wheel to perform work by means of a main shaft connected to the electric motor; the tailings conveying device is provided with a tail water main pipe, a tail water pipe, an ore blowing pipe, an ore suction pipe, an ore conveying main pipe and an ore conveying sub-pipe; the flow regulating device is provided with a flow regulating valve, and the regulating valve follows the main shaft to rotate and moves up and down according to a change of the rotation speed; and the ore diameter classification device is provided with first to fifth grade ore diameter classification plates and first to fifth grade ore diameter storage bins. The classification device solves the problem of tailings recovery, makes full use of tailings resources, can separate tailings into five grades of ore diameter, and can automatically adjust the size of a flow according to a change of the rotation speed in a classification process, so as to significantly improve the working efficiency and greatly simplify an operation process.
