Disclosed is a flow regulation valve. The flow regulation valve comprises a valve body (10) and a valve head (20). The valve body has a valve port (11), an inner wall of which is provided with a sealing surface (12) and a first flow regulation surface (13). An included angle between the sealing surface and the axis of the valve port is c, an included angle between the first flow regulation surface and the axis of the valve port is b, c>b, 5°≤c≤85°, and 0≤b≤20°. The valve head is movably arranged in the valve body so as to close or open the valve port. When the valve port is closed, the valve head abuts against the sealing surface. The flow regulation valve can perform small flow adjustment by means of adjusting a relative position between the valve head and the first flow regulation surface, and when closing the valve port, the valve port is closed by means of the coordination of the sealing surface and the valve head, rather than being closed by means of the flow regulation surface. According to the flow regulation valve, the flow regulation surface and the sealing surface are arranged separately which, compared to the prior art, prevents the valve head from jamming easily when a small flow value is adjusted, and ensures the use effect.
