Abstract:
Provided is a flow regulating valve with which a pressure loss can be reduced and which is capable of ensuring an appropriate refrigerant flow rate, while limiting component costs. A fluid in a small flow-rate passage (35) provided in a two-stage valve body (32) is made to flow from one end surface past another end surface of a cylindrical sound attenuating material (71, 72) fitted internally into the small flow-rate passage (35).
