Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a main flow path (34) that introduces high-pressure air to an air cylinder (12) or discharges exhaust air therefrom; a sub flow path (36) provided alongside the main flow path (34); an exhaust flow rate adjustment unit (42) that suppresses the operation speed of the air cylinder (12) by adjusting the flow rate of the exhaust air flowing through the sub flow path (36); and a switching valve (38) that is connected between the air cylinder (12), the main flow path (34), and the sub flow path (36), and that connects the main flow path (34) and the sub flow path (36) to the air cylinder (12) in a switching manner. The switching valve (38) is constituted by a spool valve.
