Abstract:
A flow rate control device has a needle valve (22) mounted within a body section (26) and is configured in such a manner that the needle valve (22) is advanced and retracted within the body section (26) by the rotation of a handle (20), thereby adjusting the flow rate of fluid flowing between a first port (12) and a second port (16). The handle (20) is surrounded by a cover (24) in order to prevent a change in the adjusted flow rate.
