Abstract:
Provided is a flow-rate adjusting valve capable of effectively reducing flowing sound. In a flow-rate adjusting valve (1), a cylindrical part (16) of a seat member (11) is inserted into the inside of a cylindrical part (21) of a flow straightening member (20). A valve opening (30) extending from the inside of a valve seat (17) of the seat member (11) to a flow straightening part (22) of the flow straightening member (20) through the cylindrical part (16) and the cylindrical part (21) is formed. Furthermore, a third circumferential surface (35) which is the inner circumferential surface (21a) of the cylindrical part (21) and a second tapered surface (34) which is an end surface of the cylindrical part (16) are contiguous to each other around the entire circumference.
