Abstract:
A flow passage unit 1 comprises a base plate 2 and a plurality of fluidic devices 3 disposed on the base plate 2. The plurality of fluidic devices 3 include a first fluidic device 31 with a first flow passage bore 31b and a second fluidic device 32 with a second flow passage bore 32b. The first fluidic device 31 is arranged on the upper side of the base plate 2 and disposed detachably on the base plate 2, and the second fluidic device 32 is arranged on the lower side of the base plate 2 and disposed detachably on the base plate 2.
The base plate 2 has formed therein a first through bore 21 penetrating through the base plate 2 in a thickness direction thereof, so as to allow the first flow passage bore 31b to communicate with the second flow passage bore 32b.
