Abstract:

Disclosed is a flow control valve for construction equipment for controlling the amount of oil supplied to a hydraulic actuator from a hydraulic pump. The flow control valve for construction equipment, according to the present invention, comprises: a valve body that is installed on a fluid channel between the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic actuator and has a supply passage and actuator ports formed therein, wherein the supply passage communicates with a pump passage through which hydraulic oil is supplied from the hydraulic pump, and the actuator ports are connected to the hydraulic actuator; a spool installed in the valve body so as to be switchable; a pressure chamber formed in the spool to communicate with the supply passage and the actuator port at one side; a signal pressure passage formed in the spool to communicate the pressure chamber with the actuator port at the other side; and a flow control valve installed in the pressure chamber so as to be switchable, wherein when the pressure of the hydraulic oil returning to a hydraulic oil tank from the hydraulic actuator exceeds a preset pressure, the flow control valve is switched by the returning oil supplied through the signal pressure passage to block an opening.
