Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a flow channel device that is capable of preventing the separation of flow that occurs at the flow channel surface and of preventing reduced action efficiency and noise. The present invention is characterized in that structures, which have the characteristic that the projection region of the apex onto the bottom surface is located outside the bottom surface, are formed on the flow channel surface. The present invention is also characterized in that the flow channel surface comprises grooves extending in directions parallel to flow and grooves extending in directions perpendicular to flow, and the grooves provided in the directions perpendicular to flow are inclined.
