A flexible universal transmission device, comprising a first drive shaft (1) and a second drive shaft (2) extending toward each other. The first drive shaft (1) connects to a connecting sleeve (3) by means of a first universal joint. The second drive shaft (2) connects to a coupling shaft (4) by means of a second universal joint. A left end of the coupling shaft (4) is rotatably mounted in a right port of the connecting sleeve (3). The periphery of the connecting sleeve (3) is sheathed with a torsion spring (6). Two ends of the torsion spring (6) are respectively fixed on torsion-spring positioning columns (6a). The left and right torsion-spring positioning columns (6a) are respectively fixed on the circumferences of the connecting sleeve (3) and the coupling shaft (4). A universal joint comprises a universal-joint base (7) and a universal-joint cross (8). The universal-joint base (7) is hinged with the longitudinal body of the universal-joint cross (8) by means of cross pins (8a). A cross drive pin (8b) is inserted along the minor axis of the universal-joint cross (8) and penetrates the drive shafts (1, 2) and the universal-joint cross (8). The device realizes a flexible connection between two transmission parts in a circumferential direction, absorbs impacts during transmission and has a long service life.
