Abstract:
A flexible transmission device, comprising a flexible shaft (1), a motion switching element (2), and a motion receiving element (3). The flexible shaft (1) is wrapped by an elastic sleeve layer (4). An end portion of the flexible shaft (1) is fixedly connected to the motion switching element (2). A coupling section (11) of the flexible shaft (1) is reserved between the elastic sleeve layer (4) and the motion switching element (2). The motion switching element (2) is inserted into a first accommodation cavity (34) of the motion receiving element (3). A second accommodation cavity (35) is provided deep in the first accommodation cavity (34). The second accommodation cavity (35) accommodates a redundant section (12) of the flexible shaft (1) penetrating through the motion switching element (2). When the flexible shaft (1) rotates, the motion switching element (2) drives the motion receiving element (3) to rotate while sliding along the axial direction of the motion receiving element (3). According to the flexible transmission device, the adaptive connection between the flexible shaft and a motion element is achieved, and cutting is avoided, and thus the damage to the flexible shaft is avoided.
