Abstract:
A flexible pipe, comprising a spring wear-resistant tube (1), a braided outer tube (3), a waterproof layer (2) and an inner rubber tube (5), wherein the outside of the braided outer tube (3) is sheathed with the spring wear-resistant tube (1), the outside surface of the braided outer tube (3) is coated with the waterproof layer (2), and the inside of the braided outer tube (3) is sheathed with the rubber inner tube (5). The method for manufacturing the flexible pipe comprises preparing the spring wear-resistant tube (1), preparing the braided outer tube (3), applying the waterproof layer (2), preparing a wear-resistant layer (4), bonding the braided outer tube (3) and the wear-resistant layer (4), preparing the inner rubber tube (5), and assembling the spring wear-resistant tube (1), the braided outer tube (3) and the rubber inner tube (5). The outside of the braided outer tube is sheathed with the spring wear-resistant tube, so that it is possible to prevent the braided outer tube from directly frictionally contacting the ground and improve the wear resistance of the flexible pipe as a whole, and at the same time, the outer surface of the braided outer tube is coated with a waterproof layer, so that it is also possible to improve the waterproof and sealing properties of the flexible pipe as a whole, and the service life of the flexible pipe can be extended.
