Claims:
CLAIMS

1. A panel production system (1),a laminator (11) providing application of filling material between two metals in sandwich panel (2) production and lamination of the materials in sandwich panel form, a laminator unit (10) consisting of laminator conveyor (12) providing movement of sandwich panels (2) laminated in sandwich form by said laminator (11) in the line, cutting machine (31) cutting said sandwich panel (2) in proper size, cutting unit (30) consisting of cutting conveyor (32) carrying sandwich panel (2) to cutting machine (31) and characterized by comprising;

• an unrolling machine (21) providing binding of photovoltaic membrane (3) of flexible feature to the said sandwich panel (2), opening said photovoltaic membrane (3) by rotating and sending said photovoltaic membrane (3) to production line by means of such unrolling, compressing unit (20) consisting of compressing roller (22) providing binding of said photovoltaic membrane (3) to the sandwich panel (2).

2. The panel production system (1) according to claim 1 characterized in that said compressing roller (22) preventing said sandwich panel (2) rising up, applying double side compression.

3. A production method for panel production system (1) characterized by comprising process steps;

• to form lower sheet and upper sheet sandwich panel (2); coming to laminator (11) from unrolled rollers by means of laminator conveyor (12).

• applying filling material between lower sheet and upper sheet in said laminator (11) and obtaining as sandwich panel (2) from said laminator (11)

• Movement of said sandwich panel (2) to unrolling machine (21) by laminator conveyor (12),

• unrolling of photovoltaic membrane (3) by said unrolling machine (21) and opening towards said compressing roller (22) from between the sandwich panel (2) and the laminator conveyor (12),

• applying double side compression by preventing removal from laminator conveyor (12) to bind said compressing roller (22) photovoltaic membrane (3) to the sandwich panel (2),

• movement of the sandwich panel (2) proceeding in laminator conveyor (12) as single part towards cutting machine (31) for cutting in proper sizes together with photovoltaic membrane (3) bound in the line and with cutting points specified, • Cutting of said photovoltaic membrane (3) coated sandwich panel (2) in proper sizes at the cutting machine (31),

• Movement thereof to cooling line by said cutting conveyor (32).

FLEXIBLE PHOTOVOLTAIC MEMBRANE SANDWICH PANEL PRODUCTION SYSTEM

AND PRODUCTION METHOD

Technical Field

The invention relates to a sandwich panel production system making production of laminated roof and wall panel sandwich form.

The invention particularly relates to panel production system making production of roof and wall panel laminated in flexible solar membrane coated in sandwich form.

Prior Art

Sandwich Panel is a composite roof and wall coating material manufactured by filling PUR (polyurethane), PIR (Polyisocyanurate) or rock wool filling material of various thickness and density in between two coat painted galvanized sheet or aluminium plate. Polyurethane, polyisocyanurate or rock wool is used as insulation material.

Sandwich panel undergoes set out processes in production line and end product is obtained. These processes in the most basic form comprises rolling forming unit, lamination unit and cutting unit.

In the applications in the present state of art, photovoltaic membrane panels are manually bonded onto produced sandwich panels. In this method workmanship cost and time spent is too much. In addition, material loss may occur as a result of mis-mounting.

There are some applications concerning photovoltaic membrane sandwich panel production system in the foreign patent literature.

Application coded PL420860A1 in Polish patent literature relates to method for production of a modular sheet plate with an integrated photovoltaic panel. Flat sheet metal is cold profiled to obtain a module comprising at least a separate roof sheet metal and is connected to at least one separate roof in the module by at least one photovoltaic panel. In the step of forming cold profile, where photovoltaic panel is connected to at least one single roof metal sheet, a cooling space is extruded and in the step of connecting photovoltaic panel, photovoltaic panel is bonded to separate roof metal sheet in removable manner.

As a result, the because of existence the said problems mentioned above and failure to provide solutions, it has been necessary to make a development in the related art.

Purpose of The Invention

The invention aims to solve above mentioned problems, eliminate all disadvantages and bring additional advantages to the structure.

Primary purpose of the invention is to bond photovoltaic membrane on continuous line incessantly on sandwich panels during production of sandwich panels.

The benefit obtained with the invention is the production of flexible membrane coated solar panel production faster and in a shorter time when compared to manual mounting.

In order to achieve above mentioned purposes, the invention;

A panel production system comprising a laminator applying filling material between two metal sheets in sandwich panel production, providing lamination of upper and lower sheet with filling material after the said application, a laminator conveyor providing motion of sandwich panels laminated in sandwich by the laminator in the line, cutting machine cutting sandwich panel in proper length, cutting conveyor carrying sandwich panel to cutting machine characterized by comprising; Unrolling machine providing binding photovoltaic membrane to sandwich panel, opening photovoltaic membrane roller by rotating and sending photovoltaic membrane to production line by means of such opening, press unit consisting of press roller providing binding of photovoltaic membrane to sandwich panel.

The structural and characteristic features and working principle and advantages provided by the invention will be understood better in the figures given below and the detailed description by reference to the figures. Therefore, the assessment should be made based on the figures and taking into account the detailed description.

Detailed Description of The Invention

Panel production system (1) is a system integrating sandwich panel (2) to photovoltaic membrane (3) and in the most general form consists of laminator unit (10), compressing unit (20) and cutting unit (30).

Laminator unit (10) comprises a laminator (11) and laminator conveyor (12).

Laminator (11) is the machine providing lamination of PUR (polyurethane), PIR (polyizociyanurate) or rock wool applied between two metals in roof and facade panel (2) production.

Laminator conveyor (12) is a pulley machine providing movement of panels (2) laminated by Laminator (11) in sandwich form in the line.

Compressing unit (20) is the unit providing binding of photovoltaic membrane (3) to sandwich panel (2) and comprises unrolling machine (21) and compressing roller (22). Photovoltaic membrane (3) is made from material having flexibility feature.

Unrolling machine (21) is the structure rotating and opening the photovoltaic membrane (3) and giving photovoltaic membrane (3) to the line. Compressing roller (22) is the equipment providing binding of photovoltaic membrane (3) to the sandwich panel (2) and makes double side compressing for good binding of photovoltaic membrane (3) to the panel (2).

Cutting unit (30) comprises cutting machine (31) and cutting conveyor (32).

Cutting machine (31) is the machine cutting the sandwich panel (2) in proper length together with photovoltaic membrane (3) bound onto the panel (2) laminated in sandwich form.

Cutting conveyor (32) is the equipment carrying the sandwich panel (2) to cutting machine (31) together with photovoltaic membrane (3) bound onto the panel (2) laminated in sandwich form.

Process steps of panel production system (1) are as follows:

• To form lower sheet and upper sheet sandwich panel (2); comes up to laminator (11) from unrolled rollers by means of laminator conveyor (12). Then PUR (Polyurethane), PIR (Polyisocyanurate) or rock wool filling material is applied.

• The products come out from laminator (11) as sandwich panel (2). Sandwich panel (2) is transmitted to unrolling machine (21) by laminator conveyor (12).

• Unrolling machine (21) unrolls photovoltaic membrane (3) and opens towards compressing roller (22) from between sandwich panel (2) and laminator conveyor (12).

• Compressing roller (22) applies compression to bind photovoltaic membrane (3) to the panel (2) laminated in sandwich form and prevents removal from laminator conveyor (12).

• Sandwich panel (2) proceeding in laminator conveyor (12) as single part is produced in proper sizes and moved towards cutting machine (31) together with photovoltaic membrane (3) bound in the line and with cutting points specified.

• Production process of photovoltaic membrane (3) coated sandwich panel (2) is completed after cutting of sandwich panel (2) in cutting machine (31) in proper sizes and moving towards cooling line by cutting conveyor (32).
