Abstract:
A flat knitting machine yarn carrier apparatus for controlling yarn tension and a tension control method. The flat knitting machine yarn carrier apparatus comprises a machine head connecting piece (1); the machine head connecting piece (1) is used for being connected to a machine head, so that the flat knitting machine yarn carrier apparatus is driven by the machine head to move left and right; the machine head connecting piece (1) is mounted an ust seat (2); a yarn carrier sliding rod (4) is fixed on the ust seat (2); the lower portion of the yarn carrier sliding rod (4) is connected to a yarn carrier (9); a fixing frame (5) is slidably provided on the yarn carrier sliding rod (4); yarn passing cylinders (6) and a signal receiver (7) are mounted on the fixing frame (5); the signal receiver (7) is used for receiving a control signal for the lifting/lowering motion of the fixing frame (5); a contact type sensor (11) is provided on the machine head connecting piece (1); the signal output end of the contact type sensor (11) is connected to a machine head control system; the contact type sensor (11) is used for outputting the contact signal of the machine head and a yarn carrier assembly; the machine head control system comprises a signal releaser; the signal releaser transmits the lifting or lowering instruction of the fixing frame to the signal receiver; and after the signal receiver receives the lifting or lowering instruction, the fixing frame performs lifting or lowering motion in a vertical chute. According to the apparatus, when the machine head rotates, the yarn carrier can control the yarn tension in a timely mode, and a woven fabric edge structure is uniform and flat, and has few defects.
