Abstract:

A fixing unit (60) includes a housing (60H), a cylindrical rotating body (622), a shaft (621), a heat source (65), a bearing (70), and an annular member (80). The bearing includes an inner ring (701) for supporting the shaft and an outer ring (702) for supporting the inner circumference of the rotating body so as to rotate relative to the inner ring. The annular member is fitted over the shaft in the vicinity of the bearing. The annular member includes an outer circumferential surface (80L) which contacts the inner circumference of the rotating body from inside in the radial direction and a side surface (80R) which contacts the inner ring and the outer ring of the bearing in the axial direction.
