Abstract:
Provided is a fixing member, comprising at least two mutually repulsive expansion blocks (2, 3). Abutting structures are provided on the peripheral surfaces of the expansion blocks (2, 3), and abut against the hole walls of coincident mounting holes of two components to be mounted, so as to implement a pre-positioning structure by means of a repulsive force between the expansion blocks (2, 3). An embedded block (1) is accommodated in the inner edge of the pre-positioning structure. The fixing member is integrally provided with two parts: one part is the expansion blocks (2, 3) which are located at the periphery and are of a split structure, and the other part is the embedded block (1) at the inner edges of the expansion blocks (2, 3). The expansion blocks (2, 3) abut against, by means of the repulsive force therebetween, hole positions to be mounted, thereby actually achieving the fixing effect similar to that of an expansion bolt. In addition, the embedded block (1) provided can play a role in strengthening the fixing; the function of the embedded block (1) is also voluntarily defined; and the relationship of interference or clearance fit can be selected, so as to achieve fixed mounting and sliding mounting.
