Abstract:
A fixed blade, comprising a base plate (1). A blade tooth group (2) consisting of a plurality of cutting teeth (21) is provided at the edge of at least one side of the base plate. A hollowed-out groove (3) is provided in the upper end face and/or the lower end face of the base plate, such that the thickness (T3) of each cutting tooth in the blade tooth group is less than the thickness (T2) of the base plate, and a tooth protrusion (4) is formed at the upper end face and/or the lower end face of the tooth tip of each cutting tooth in the blade tooth group. Also provided is a manufacturing method for the fixed blade. The upper end face and/or the lower end face of the base plate is provided with a hollowed-out groove and the hollowed-out groove is used to reduce the thickness of the cutting teeth so as to improve the hair trimming effect. Moreover, the hollowed-out groove also enables tooth protrusions to be formed at the upper end face and/or the lower end face of the tooth tips of the cutting teeth; the tooth protrusions can be used for protecting the skin and preventing the tooth tips of the cutting teeth being too sharp and scratching the skin, thus improving the safety of using the fixed blade; the tooth protrusions can also serve as a comb to stimulate skin nerves and to accelerate skin blood circulation and blood oxygen supply, thus making the skin feel comfortable, and improving the comfort of using the fixed blade.
